  5. Experience has taught us that the above can be achieved with strong leadership.
TEACHERS AND LEADERS
Children are the centre of all activities and you must bear in mind that all leaders and teachers have come to the camp for the benefit of the children. Leaders or teachers can relax once the children have been handed back to their parents on the day of departure. The days you have set aside for the camp must be well organized so that the children can leave the camp better equipped to face the future and remember the fun time they had on camp feeling secure and loved.

We the staff at the camp have tried to maintain a high standard by keeping the camp clean and in good repair so that your stay with us will be an enjoyable one.

We are an example to our children and they learn by our example and if we can teach them to respect one another and to respect the property of others we have taught them a valuable lesson.

On departure the campsite must be left in the condition it was found and in the condition
you would expect to find it on arrival.

Please remember to pay your deposit followed by an e-mail of deposit slip.
A telephone call confirming this has been done would be appreciated.

Yours sincerely,
